Hi. For the ordinary shares, cost of capital calculation you ended it by doing the market return 0.11 less the risk free 0.04. But on another video of yours for the question Corfe, you didn't take off the risk free rate at the end of that calculation. Which is correct or why was it done on this question and not the other? I found Q6 misleading. The question tells you the selling prices of X & Y not its profit. So in the solutions it seems as though you are comparing the Revenue of X with the Profit of Z!

But the quantity contribution variance looks like the AS SS usage variance just changing the SP to cont. .. am i right ? I have used the same approach the AQ Smix SP and it worked 26700 *15840/26400 * 12
